Shrubs

Shrubs are the backbone of any garden, offering long-term structure and beauty across the seasons. There’s a shrub to suit every situation and style, whether you want year-round interest or a big seasonal splash, a tall, dense screen or low ground cover. As well as flowers, many shrubs offer attractive foliage, colourful stems and vibrant fruits. They’re a wildlife magnet too, providing shelter and food for a range of creatures.

Please note: we have a much wider selection of plants in our in-person nursery that, due to varying stock levels, might not be updated to show on this shop. As such, please pay us a visit to browse yourself and ask our specialist gardeners, or contact us to enquire about a specific plant - we may stock it!

Specialist growers of Hardy Perennials & Shrubs, and a wealth of bedding & patio plants to give instant colour to your garden.  We are open for visitors Tuesday to Friday along with click & collect orders made via our online shop.  Self Service refreshments & snacks available & plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Dogs are also welcome on a short lead. Read More —–>>

So beautiful!! Gardening is not a hobby of mine, I'm terrible at it! But I really really appreciated these stunning gardens. The family really take incredible care of every section and obviously have a great passion for their wonderland. The tea room/garden is just lovely and the staff were so kind, the kids enjoyed the flowers, statues, wildlife, wooded area but their absolute fave was the bridges!! A slice of heaven in the Cheshire countryside, just a moments drive from the A556, 10 mins from Northwich.

Visited today with friends from Las Vegas. Very friendly tea rooms, the scones fresh from the oven were to die for! Then we took a walk around the lovely gardens, what a treat! They are natural woodland gardens with ponds, lovely seats with peaceful views. It was the perfect place to take our guests, so typically English, beautiful and unspoilt.

This is a hidden gem of a nursery. All home grown plants from a very knowledgeable plantsman. Excellent tea room, and a beautiful natural water garden to explore. It was a super trip out and one to be repeated.

A gem of a garden. An old fashioned garden centre not run by an anonymous national chain. It feels like a hidden treasure. (Oh and the carrot cake was fabulous too)
