This variegated Sedge, is ideal for moist borders and around ponds and bog gardens. If planted in water, the depth of water should be no more than 2cm, so good for shallow margins of the pool. Also looks good in pots. (We recommend planting the grass inside a pot if planted in water or very moist soil to restrict its spread too much, unless your happy for it to do so.)
The new leaf growth is almost white and develops green margins later in the season. The black seed heads that develop contrast nicely with the variegated leaves.
Likes sun or part shade.
