Itinerary for the morning
Arrival 9.30 am
Kirsten and Louise welcome you to begin with some gentle mindful movement to ground and reconnect with the body, beginning to quieten the mind. We will then move on to the art exercise demonstrated and guided by Louise. We will be using inks to create flowy and dreamy peaceful pockets of art: our “Serenity Portals”.

We will then move on to the art exercise demonstrated and guided by Louise. We will be using inks to create flowy and dreamy peaceful pockets of art: our “Serenity Portals”.
As our inks dry, we will walk together around the magical gardens of Stonyford, basking in the nature sounds and water features as we go.
Returning to our dedicated space you will be offered tea /coffee and a slice of homemade cake, before embarking on a guided meditation with Kirsten to help integrate the calm we experienced in the garden.
We then return to our ink-scapes to add some marks, patterns or imagery to them. Your only limitation here is your imagination, but Louise will be on hand with some suggestions too.
As the morning comes to a close we will join together one last time to close our practice and leave with our art and the memories of a morning of connection – to nature, to ourselves and to others.
You are welcome to re-enter the gardens at this point, as the workshop fee includes garden entrance. You may like to bring a packed lunch with you if you have time to spend a little longer.
Please bring a waterproof coat if we are expecting rain as the event will proceed rain or shine. Please bring a water bottle.
Tickets are £36.50 (including all materials, morning refreshments, and garden entry)
